I came in to exchange my wifes bracelet and buy some more charms. Jaymar was so helpful and nice. He helped me exchange my broken braclet and also helped me pick out more charms that were perfect as well as a new bracelet. He took his time with me and he never seemed upset that i had several questions. I even apologized for the many questions and he said no need I love the questions. He was wonderful and the only reason I'm doing this survey. I will only visit him for now on.

When we walked in we were quickly greeted. I immediately knew it was going to be a great shopping experience. The sales people on the floor working didn’t judge us because we were clearly young and people tend to judge young millennials when in a jewelry store and aren’t taken seriously. But that energy wasn’t felt. They asked us what we like and found the most perfect charms I could imagine. Smooth transaction and very passionate about what they do.

I bought my daughter a paw charm for her bracelet, we lost our 14 year old dog due to heart disease. I cried buying it and the clerk was so nice about it, very understanding. My daughter cried when she opened the gift, very moving moment for both of us.

The customer service of the rep was good. She was able to clean my wifes bracelet and recommended products to ensure it stayed that way. She provided options as to what would help us the best.

The one who helped me went way out of her way to assist me. She was pleasant and kind. Very knowledgeable of the product.

The store was well lit and clean, the music was not blasting and the employees were team players, and very helpful
