The sales associate acknowledgede as soon as I stepped in the store. He was very knowledgeable about Pandora’s products and friendly. I love the experience I had at this store and will return in the future even though I live 1 1/2 hours away.

Morgan the sale associate was very knowledgeable, she was extremely helpful, kept a smile, pleasant and friendly. Our 1st experience was awesome. The selection was small because its right after the holidays but it was nice and we got a great deal.

The manager at Northlake mall Charlotte NC helped me. He was extremely helpful even he knew I wasn’t feeling well. He was able to put charms on my bracelet from Christmas and even added one. Plus I bought some earrings. This guy was completely awesome.

Pandora has very high quality merchandise and is a "go to" for a gift. The staff at Northlake Mall location is very professional and nice.

It was well organized with the holiday coming up..I was greeted at the door and looked while I waited and picked out my items and was ready to purchase when the salesperson called my name my transaction was quick.
