We came in to purchase a ring and after purchasing which Anna T assisted us with she also gotten my ring cleaned and I was given an exchange because the first ring I purchased was actually purchased a year ago which she informed me about. That information was something I wasnt informed about at the other location of purchase and I appreciate Anna for that because I always shop at pandora. I also had a bracelet that was purchased a year ago but forgot to exchange it. But she was great at assisting us with a smile on her face the whole time.
