Pandora Jewelry

Today 6/19/2020 I visited the Pandora store at North Lake mall store in Charlotte North Carolina. The service was awesome. Kim the manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patience. I was on my lunch break and received a call from a client right in the middle of our transaction and she politely told me to take my time and she would check on me in a minute. I will definitely visit and recommend this store to friends coworkers and family. Thanks Kim.

They had a great sale going on. The manager assisted me and he was awesome!

Was there to get my bracelet cleaned. Saw a sale and an associate helped me pick some great clips.

T h e representative really knew the products and encouraged me to look at the items that were on sale. The representative welcomed me to shop at another location who had a better selection of jewelry with more items.

I was highly satisfied with the service that I received. The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. She suggested items and helped me move through merchandise easily. She was the only one in the store and she handle the three customers professionally.
