I was very pleased with the associates who helped me. I will go back to Pandora to complete my charm set because two of them are out of stock now. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and kind.

The sales associate Morgan was the sweetest person ever! In the little time I spent at the store she really got to know me to help pick out some new charms. I came in looking to get 1 just because and left with 2 because she really picked out some great ones. I even left knowing the next few charms I want! It was really great getting to know her she was so friendly and personable

Alexis was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and very patient as I am very indecisive. She made great suggestions and didn't mind my mind changing every few minutes LOL. I was in there over and hour, she processed an online order for me for the items that were not in the store and processed an order for the items that were in the store. I don't buy things from Pandora often but it I do, I will definitely go back to Alexis for help.
