The associate Salena W was very helpful with finding what I needed. I wasn't sure of a charm since you didn't have a 25 for the bracelet, so she asked all about my daughters personality, so she could get the perfect fit. The best service I've ever had!

The staff was professional. The merchandise was readily available.There was very little wait time for assistance.

There were only 2 customers in store and the sales associate was helpful in my selection of merchandise.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service was amazing. I was very indecisive and frustrated when I first went in because they didn’t have any of the charms I was looking for. But Jada did great at suggesting other items and actually helped me finish my bracelet. Her customer service was amazing and she was super patient with me!

The store was very clean, only allowed so many people inside at a time, I knew what I wanted when I got there, got it and left, in and out and on my way.
