I was immediately greeted by ALL associates. Mayana approached me, listened to concerns and immediately knew how to assist. Additionally, she suggested offers that were currently pending, but did not pressure me in that area. She continued to assist in what I requested. Added bonus: I was not aware the current bracelet needed cleaning, until she offered to clean it, and brought it back sparkling like new. Will definitely visit again SOON. I was totally overjoyed when I left the store.
