The service was excellent.

I was looking for the new Halloween cat dangle charm. I found other new Halloween charms online, but not the cat. I tried looking at another Pandora store first, but the store was sold out. This store had enough stock and I found it right away.

Good customer service. Good selection. Great value.

The sales clerk was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name. She was helpful without being pushy.

the clerk was from a cherry creek store, but really knew her merchandise and where it was located, which can be hard to do when you are at a different store. The only problem was there was only two employees and they were very busy.

I love everything in the store

Highly satisfied on my visit to the store, I didn't have my Pandora credit card with me at the time and they where able to looked it up for me with no issues. I was able to buy what at wanted without having to go back home for my card.

Everything was great until checking out. The technology was not working right. It took me longer to have the card processed than it did to find what we were looking for. I would say around 10-15 minutes just to process the card. At one point I was ready to go get cash out an atm. Hope this issue is resolved before Christmas. It will be long days for your sales people of it’s not.
