I came in looking for a Rockies baseball charm. I was told that Pandora no longer sold them, but instead of that being the end of my visit, the associate tried to offer ideas for helping me choose an awesome birthday gift for my wife. Because of the service I received I ended up buying 3 charms. Thanks

The best part of my experience was the service. Brittanee was knowledgeable, patient and so helpful.

The associate was helpful and friendly. She also helped as much as she could price wise. She convinced me to apply for the credit card and got me a free charm.

The associate who help with was great. She knew what she was selling . She offered us a lot of options. I was disappointed that they did not have any more jewelry boxes left.

The sales lady was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and knew the answers to my questions. It was a nice store with a very nice selection of products.

Vivian was very attentive to what I was looking for. She offered options when I discovered Pandora did not have a specific charm. Vivian showed me the Colorado charms which I didn’t realize existed. Vivian was awesome!

The store had all the items in I was looking for and even though the associate was having problems with her card reader, I didn't mind. Every one here is so nice.

When I got to the store, I was impressed with Miranda who took the time to get to know my interests and hobbies and then made suggestions on the what charms were available for my bracelet. I feel like the bracelet was truly unique and customized just for me, and it was!
