I had been given an overall exceptional experience!!

My wife and I had an issue with a Pandora Bracelet purchased at Disney Springs that broke within 1 month of purchase. The sales associates at Pandora were understanding, attentive, and professional while helping us exchange the product. Gina and Christine were fantastic and very helpful.

I had purchased a ring last year September and I noticed one of the stones came off. I came in today to see if it could be replaced. The store associate Bethi did a wonderful job attending to me and my needs and I walked out with a perfect replacement.

I personally enjoyed the experience and how interesting when picking a charm and being explained how each represent a significant meaning to the charm the service was super nice

My sales associate, Patricia, was amazing. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. A++ They had what I went in for and had some other good items to choose as well.

I was able to enter right away. The sales associate Joshua was very knowledgeable. Joshua was also very personable. He was very open to talking. He was very excited about the things I was excited about on the charms.

Brie my sales associate was fantastic respectful and knowledgeable apologetic when one of my wanted items was not available
