Joshua greeted us at the door friendly, courteous and energetic. I was looking for some themed charms so I knew what I wanted. First was the 50 year charm, so that was easy. Next was a Minnie Mouse, with many choices, I chose Minnie ears. Next was a Queen Crown, with several choices, I chose a delicate crown. Then, a Mickey and Minnie choice of several and finally a Dumbo with many choices. The procedure to pay for the charms went quickly and efficiently. My charms were individua;;u boxed, with a pouch and Pandora paper bag. The staff was friendly and courteous when we arrived an we felt appreciated as we excited the Pandora Store.
