The store was bright and inviting. The merchandise was displayed in creative and eye-catching ways. Associate assistant was prompt and friendly.

The sales associate, Brie, was friendly, knowledgeable about every charm and bracelet I wanted to look at and was not pushy.

The sales associate David R was amazing! He really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. He was extremely genuine and friendly, I truly felt he was a kind person and not just putting on an act.

I was not pressured by my sales girl to buy more. She offered but it was not expected or demanded. Many stores are horrible and this one was great.

Our sales associate, David was able to quickly find exactly what we were looking for. There were 3 of us (2 teenagers) and he was able to manage it all including the 15 yr old getting her first bracelet. David suggested clips for both my grand daughters when one mentioned she had lost a charm. Great servuce!

The staff were very friendly and when I had a problem with my credit card, the manager came right over and manually entered it and it went through without a hitch. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me choose charms that I love!

I found a couple more charms I just had to have! I really wish I could have got the one I went for though.
