Christine K was extremely helpful during our shopping experience. She explained in great detail how to care for the bracelet and charms since it was my first time owning a pandora bracelet. She was also very helpful when I was trying to select charms and gave me some great ideas for future charm purchases.

The staff was just amazing! We started with Faith, but then my granddaughter (5) wasn’t quite ready to decide. We continued to look around and when we went back to the counter, Emma was available and was absolutely FANTASTIC! She was incredibly patient with my granddaughter, and we had a blast as she drew her design for our charm. If it wasn’t 2+ hours away, I would return to this Pandora every time I needed to shop.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The salesperson asked if I needed help finding anything - since I didn’t, she showed where the newest items were and offered to help with anything. The sales people were friendly and helpful without being “in my face”. I didn’t have to wait for help when I wanted it either. Would shop here again - very pleasant experience!

She also helped me narrow down my choices, listened to my whole story about who the bracelets were for and why, showed me examples of what would fit my vision, helped me decide between styles based on what I already own, and great at explaining packages and discounts. She also explained how I can get personalized and custom charms made during a future visit.
