1 of my daughter charms broke went to the Altamonte mall to replace they told me I had to go to FL Mall get there they tell me I have to go to Disney Springs. From the beginning the sales associate was super sweet kind & willing to help while there notice 1 of the bracelets was scratched out and needed to be replace then 2nd bracelet Brakes. I asked to speak to the manager she tells me there’s nothing that we can do it’s not under warranty.I tell her calmly that isn’t my fault & I have had them longer than 6mths. She looked at me & said OK we will replace them and clean them for me I am super satisfied they went above and beyond . thank you so much to the Disney Springs ladies I will return for future purchases no matter the drive
