This was a great experience. I am a new costumer and I am definitely coming back! But to my store in Oregon. Nancy was amazing! Really helpful and super honest about the best option for me. She also helped me with the order of the charms. Very happy with this purchase. It would be nice if I can buy Disney park limited edition online and have them delivered to my house in Oregon. That would be great, but I will buy Disney ones and others in Portland for now. The store was super organized and everyone there was nice and cordially.

I went there to fix a bracelet I bought last year. David took care of the problem and told me of the new merchandise. I bought a bracelet I wasn't planning to.
