The store was crazy busy, we waited a few minutes outside before getting in but once in we had great interactions w staff, our sales guy was GREAT!!

We went in just to browse but ended up buying my friends daughter the matching earrings to the neckless We had bought her earlier in the year for her bday and while doing that we were able to get her neckless Cleaned. I happened to Find another tiara cut ring that I loved and bought myself an early birthday present. They had everything we needed, beyond helpful and all done with a smile

The guidance and knowledge of the engraving feature from the sales associate provided an amazing experience. Upon creating the order, the sales associate was very patient with my indecisive plan. This purchase would not be possible without her patience.

I walked into the store and was approached right away to see if I needed assistance.I asked about a bracelet and was shown it right away. There was a sale I did not know about so that was a good surprise. Service was excellent
