I love the way you are greeted by enthusiastic staff as you enter the store. I received assistance immediately. I believe I was assisted by a newer staff member being supervised and guided by a more experienced staff member. I knew about three charms I was interested in, although I did not know their specific names. Upon describing them, they knew immediately which ones I was speaking of. They were able to immediately put my charms on and give my bracelet a little polish. Much appreciated!

Ginny was fabulous. She was so helpful, educating myself and my husband with the protection and longevity of our investment in the jewelry. She was also training another associate. My husband had purchased it in a local jewelry store in our hometown We didn't know the clip and safety's chain. So valuable . Couldn't of been any happier. Thank you very much. I only wish more stores had informed staff available.
