Pandora Jewelry

The bracelet was a gift from my daughter in law and son when they were married last year. I went in because one of the securing beads fell off. I heard the store would replace it. I had to buy the replacement bead. I just retired so the bracelet is a good way for me to honor family milestones, such as grandchildren, vacations, hobbies, etc.

The associated immediately recognized the issue with my charm which had lost a cz stone on the Minnie Mouse side. She referred me to her manager who immediately re placed the charm. Unfortunately, by time i got home, I discovered a cz stone missing in the replacement charm, this time from the other side (Mickey Mouse) right in the middle. I have a trip tentatively planned in June 2018. I hope to exchange the charm again for one that is whole.

The assistant who helped me (Kathleen) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the items I was looking at. She was able to find two sets of earrings for me that matched exactly what I was hoping to find in terms of style and price. One of these pairs of earrings was a gift for my mom, and she absolutely loved them.

The sales clerk was very nice. She was able to show me what I wanted very quickly and I bought it.
