Sales associates were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was new to Pandora and they explained and showed merchandise in a very easy to understand manner and made me feel very comfortable and very special!

This store had a lot of sale associates, so there was very little waiting to get right to the selection of merchandise. The sales associate, Veronica, new exactly what I was looking for in a charm given a few ideas for what I was looking.

Pandora had a presale for Pandora credit card holders and I was very happy about this! I probably spent more than I should have but oh well! :-) I am very happy!

I purchased 2 Pandora bracelet charms that were Disney exclusive at the Pandora Store in Disney Springs Orlando, Florida. My sales associate named Derek was not only attentive, but he was extremely courteous and attentive. It was a very nice experience!
