I love the store. Always so clean and the associates are very helpful. I got two limited edition Disney charms and I love them!

The staff was not very friendly. The lady who did assist us did not communicate what she was doing for the time she took away from us. The person who greeted me at the door was not friendly, she looked hurried and not approachable. I felt like just a number not a customer. But I love the products and I will buy again, maybe not from that store but I would buy again.

The salesperson was extremely tentative to all my needs. I was deeply grateful and moved by the experience because we got engaged and we were looking for a special bead to add to my bracelet. Our sales rep helped me install my bead because I have trouble with it.
