Store was clean and easy to locate items. The sales rep came up to me and asked how can she help me today. Sales rep Kristen was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The service at the Disney Springs store was far superior to the service I received on Main Street the week before. The Disney Springs staff were more thoughtful and thorough compared to Main Street where I was disappointed with the service I received on my 40th birthday Friday 30th March. In no way did they make me feel special in contrast to the Disney Springs store on an average day - far superior service and subject knowledge.

The item I was interested in was available in several sizes. The sales associate was helpful and friendly. I did not feel pressured to purchase more than I intended.
