the costumer service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. I left feeling that I got what I was looking for plus some and a smile was always on everyones face. When I come back to Disney I know for certain I will be showing up in this store and still leave smiling.

Our sales specialist, Alex, was so very helpful. I was shopping for a 1st Pandora bracelet for a friend who recently survived cancer and Alex helped us locate the perfect bracelet and charms. Thank you, Alex!

Associates are always friendly and helpful. Offer help when I don’t know what I want without being pushy. Stores are well set up and visually appealing

Every time coming to Disney World I make sure to shop at the Disney Springs Pandora store. They are always friendly and help with building my Disney bracelet fun. They make sure to tell me what might be soon to retire.
