Without the helpfulness of the assistant I would not have been aware of the choice for Disney charms. I will definitely be going back to the store in Disney Springs during the remaining two weeks of my holiday. Cannot wait.

Gabriella B was very helpful. I was looking for a ainbow charm and she found it! It was not on display but she found one in the store for me. She also cleaned both my pandora bracelets

The assistant Nancy was really pleasant and helpful. She knew the merchandise really well and was able to talk us through the items they had and their significance to the disney experience. We are from the UK so when we have looked at the charms available there are many that we can't get back home which is amazing for us ! Thank you!

I only asked the price of a couple of things. The lady proceeded to give me extra information and tell me about limited edition. I ended up leaving with two purchases that were not my original decision thanks to her.

Friendly service and offered free cleaning for my bracelet, took a few minutes and back to a shiny pandora, very happy
