The associate was very friendly. She made suggestions but was not pushy. She put together a model for me.

The lady that served us was really helpful and friendly. The choice of products was amazing and very good quality as well as being very fairly priced. Loved all the Disney parks charms. I will be back to purchase more.

I was helped by Zane and "helped" doesn't do it justice. I left the store feeling like I had a new friend. Zane was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect pieces for my bracelet. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he even helped me clean my charms! He let me know about warranties with my Pandora I never knew about. I felt like I knew much more about my Pandora bracelet than I did before coming in. Zane was so friendly and accommodating, one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I can't leave out Keysha, Kevin, and Therese too - who each at some point also helped me out/interacted with me. They too helped clean my bracelet or even just asked me questions about charms I had they hadn't seen before that were from other countries/sports teams. Can't say enough good things about this store + the people working there. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Orlando. Thanks so much!! Love my new charms!

Busy store

Got waited on really fast even though it was very busy. My sales associate, Ginny, is who I wanted and she helped me get my new Disney charms and arranged them on my bracelet for me. I just Live Ginny, we click and seem to like a lot of the same charms. Everyone there is nice though love this store at Disney Springs and Live Ginny
