Pandora Jewelry

Loved the sales representatives Gab and Priscilla. They listened and offered many different selections to meet out needs. We had only gone to the Pandora Store in Disney Springs because we saw billboards with a Mickey charm we wanted. Only intended to leave with the one, and fell in love with three. I work for an airline and would love to get both representatives jobs with my carrier, they embody the Spirit and Customer service we require in our staff. Oh, I work for Southwest Airlines, you may be familiar with our legendary service. We will return to the store on our next Orlando visit.

1. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. 2. The manager was very helpful in assisting the associate locate pieces that weren't in her area. 3. Everyone is greeted when they enter the store no matter how busy all the sales associates are.

Our salesperson, Alexandria, was very friendly, patient and helpful. She seemed to really enjoy what she does and was very knowledgeable.

I was in a hurry. I walked into the store and up to the only available sales associate. I told her what I was looking for. She immediately showed the item to me. I told her I would like to purchase the item and she processed the sale. The whole process lasted 5-8 minutes which was perfect for me.

I liked that they had specialty charms. There were associates available to help me immediately and she was very knowledgeable and friendly while being patient with my indecisiveness.
