The sales girl was nice. She found what I wanted quickly. It was an easy trip.

We had visited here while on vacation, they didn't have the charm i wanted. they took my name and called when one came in, they held it for me till my sister in law went to go pick it up. Great customer service in my book and very friendly

I love the Pandora store at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida, because they made me feel like the most important customer in the store. They took time to listen to me as I talked about what type of jewelry I was looking for and they made great suggestions about possible purchases. In the end, I was able to purchase exactly the style and color of bracelet and charms that I wanted without having to spend hours looking through hundreds of options. The store was very busy but I never felt rushed or pushed to buy something that I didn't really LOVE just because the sales associate needed to move on to someone else. I will visit this store again the next time I'm in the Orlando area.
