Staff person David was friendly and efficient! He informed me that the charm I originally was going to purchase (I knew what I was purchasing in advance) wouldn't work with a necklace and was intended for a bracelet. He helped me select another charm and chain for my niece's graduation present.

The woman who helped us was so kind and so patient. We were greeted by everyone in the store. As busy as Disney springs and this store was it was very Easy to move around.

I been collecting Pandora since I met my husband . I have an entire bracelets full of charms to the point that I had to buy a blue leather bracelet to put my disney charm . Last weekend I bought another leather bracelet to start collecting all disney charm. The service at the Disney Spring was excellent . Though I think the store should be bigger .

walked in and an associated helped me right away; had what I needed (for the most - the one charm was sold out). It was also in disney with large crowds but checked out in short amount of time

I had purchased a Pandora bracelet at Jared in Oviedo, FL and the clasp broke. I was told by the store in Ovedo, FL that i was to exchange at a official Pandora store. So i went to the store in Disney Springs, FL and spoke to Tati and Gina and they were very helpful in exchanged the bracelet with no problems. They did day that Jared should have exchange it for me, they did not. Thank you for such great customer service
