This was my first Pandora purchase. I had been researching it for about a year now and finally decided to begin a bracelet. The lady who helped me, showed me what my charm selections would look like on several bracelets and was very patient with me and my goofy husband.

Friendly, quick and efficient service considering the fact that it is in a very busy location at Disney springs.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the exclusive charms in the store. She was patient and very responsive to the questions we had about the variety of charms. She wanted to make sure we were her priority. I think because she was so attentive, I bought two charms instead of one.

Very helpful staff

I do not live in this area, was on vacation, this is why I will not be returning. The woman assisting me was very helpful, pointed out exclusive charms only available there which was wonderful since I was looking for something truly memorable to memorialize our trip to Disney World and she had just the right one in mind!

Sales Associate Becky was VERY knowledgeable about Pandora and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. She provided information that I didn't know to ask and was very helpful with recommending pieces to start on my new charm bracelet. Great experience!

The employee were all very helpful, all enjoying helping people. The location is perfect. My salesperson was very helpful with all my questions and need and also help my daughter look at merchandise that she will purchase in the near future.
