Kevin and Gina were awesome!!!!! They were very patient with me and they had great ideas. They helped me choose two new bracelets and charms and then they helped me design my bracelets just the way I wanted them. They had great suggestions!,

We were immediately helped upon entering the store. The sales associate was so friendly. She showed us a selection that we picked out a new release that had special meaning to us. A great time while we were there.

The sales staff was wonderful putting together a beautiful bracelet of the charms I chose. Accommodating with changes happily which made me feel very comfortable!

I live in Ocala Fl. and we have 3 pandora stores, 1 in the mall and two outside the mall. I have been going for over four months now to have my bracelet cleaned and all 3 of them always give me an excuese why they can't clean it, machine is broke, no cleaning fluid, always something. I talked to a friend of mine and they are giving her the same excuses. I finally came down to Orlando to Disney Springs and got another charm and asked these employees if they might be able to clean my braclet and they was so happy to help me. Its a shame i had to drive two hours away to get help but this store is great, I only wish you could do something about your stores in Ocala to have them on the same level. The lady Reem who helped me was so nice, I love the way she took her time and seemed happy to be helping me, what a great employee.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly! Anyone of the employees will go out of there way to assist you with what your looking for. Great customer service at this location.
