The bangle bracelet should have different options like platinum, white gold 18K or rose gold. Disney charms should have all the Disney characters only sell in this store as exclusive collections, example Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, stitch, Marvels Avengers, and Rex.

I love that had a lot of staff present. I went to the Disney Springs Pandora, so you can imagine how busy it was, yet the staff acknowledged me. I love how the store was sectioned and it was super easy to find what I wanted. Lorani was very knowledgeable and recommended styles of charms based on what I wanted. Overall, a great experience!

The associate, Reem S, was very helpful in educating me on things I needed for my bracelet. She answered the questions myself and my husband had about charms I was looking for. We had children with us and they were nice to them and gave the girls a charms book.

Very knowledgeable assistant - Alexsandra in the store we purchased from. Explained how to build a bracelet and showed me lots of options. Spent quite a lot of time with me and was very patient as I didn’t really know which bracelet and necklace I wanted. The only disappointment was that the ring that I wanted wasn’t in stock.

Phillip at the Disney Springs location is WONDERFUL!! He is friendly, doesn't rush you for the sale, he is funny and very personable. He gave us information on upcoming charms I had asked about. I will be returning to this location in the future and I will be asking for him as my sales person.

The sales associate saw that I was trying to look in a certain case which was busy, so she asked me what I was looking for, and pulled me to a different counter and brought items to me. She educated me in some information that I did not know about Pandora, such as what the "clip" charms are, and why they help preserve the other charms, and advice to use a chain when the bracelet gets full for protection. She also showed me the charms that can only be purchased at that location, which I was appreciative of. She was not pushy, but very helpful.

Good selection for items in which I was interested. Price was reasonable. Friendly employees who are they to service you, but not pushy about pestering you. Give you the opportunity to look around the store.
