I was looking for a charm that resembles the states and luckily there were few on sale.The associate was very helpful.And the atmosphere is very welcoming.

My items on my list were located. I was able to create a very simple a meaningful bracelet on the smaller sized one.

I just visit the pandora store at disney spring, the stylist in this store is very friendly. She always smile while working. She know about many disney character. She can recommend the disney charms that i want. I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience in this time.

Perfect sales

Sales associate was amazing and very knowledgeable. She found what i wanted quickly and showed me other things available. The store was nice and clean.

The store was out of stock what we went for but were highly delighted to get another item at a huge discount

The store was clean and the displays and lighting were very good. The staff were quick to offer a greeting and assistance. Nancy was very knowledge and patient while my daughter and I looked at several pieces. Overall, very good experience and great customer service.

We were warmly greeted by Therese at the door! She asked if we needed any assistance but we told her we were just browsing. She took our name for the list anyway and it payed off! Once we were ready for some help we were at the top of the list! She handed us off to Elisabeth! We had so much fun talking to her about the sale and what we were looking for and she steered us in the right direction and quickly got us what we needed! We were very excited that Disney charms were on sale! The only downside was the small or limited inventory of new stuff. I will have to return for the beautiful compass rose from the summer collection!
