Nancy and Grace were very knowledgeable and patient. There was a great selection that was well organized. Nancy and Grace were friendly, informed us of discounts and ensured all our needs were met beyond our satisfaction.

The associate was very friendly and welcoming. She helped find what me what I was looking for even though i was unsure of the type of charm I was looking for. She was very patient and showed us a variety of charms until I found the right one.

The sales associate, Alexia, was wonderful at assisting me on choosing my first pandora clips and charms. She was really nice and knew what would compliment my pandora bracelet. I had a great time interacting with her and the other associates.

We were on vacation and my daughters asked to visit the store. When we went in, they noticed a 40% off sale and asked to see items from that selection. Surprisingly, it was a large selection of items and they both were able to get rings they wanted at 40% off.

I love the quality and design of the jewelry. My brother baught his now fiance an engagement ring. The variety of selections made it easy to find what he wanted. Also a beautiful birthday gift for myself and for a great price!
