We had a broken bracelet. The sales associate and her supervisor were so helpful and friendly to us. They exchanged our bracelet and my daughter was so happy to finally be able to get a new one.

FIRST REASON IS THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY. BEING ABLE TO GET WHAT I NEED IN A TIMELY MANNER IS AMAZING AND MAKES THE EXPERIENCE BETTER. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO WILLLING TO ASSIST WITH STLYING YOUR BRACELETS AND GIVING IDEAS TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE THAT MUCH MORE GREAT.
