We were able to look around freely and ask questions. When we decided what we wanted the item was found quickly in the size I needed. The check out was fast and easy.

I liked that the charms were exclusive to walt disney world! The server was friendly and patient. While the story was busy and had to wait approx 5 minutes it was clean and pleasant.

They greeted me when I walked in, said a salesperson would be available in 10-15 minutes (store was very busy). A salesperson came and greeting me at the counter, showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she said that was in stock. Saw it, bought it. Great experience. If I lived close I would shop there, but Texas is just a little too far but will visit next year.
