Friendly sales assistant and very helpful. Would love to visit more often if I lived within distance. On holiday to Disneyworld visiting the store in Disney springs. May visit before end of holiday.

The associate, Karla (I believe that was her name), was extremely friendly and helpful. I was not able to find where the Disney exclusive charms were located and she helped me right away. She also answered all my questions and I never felt like she was rushing me to make decisions. She made my experience "highly satisfied". Thank you Karla!

After being told that the product I was looking for was not in existence, as I was leaving the lady at the door asked what happened and I explained that not of the associates advised me that what I was looking for was not in existence. She sent me to another person who showed me exactly what I was looking for and I made the purchase.
