Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going to the store, because I feel welcome and leave feeling important.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was inviting. The options were stupendous.

When we walked in we were greeted but not pressured by the sales personnel. The store was extremely clean and the merchandise was clearly displayed without clutter and confusion. Our sales representative was interested in our personal reason for buying our children's Disney exclusive charms.

The sales associate, Gian Paul, at Disney Springs was fabulous. Friendly, quick, and didn’t try to sell me anything else. I had purchased a band at Disney World (another fabulous sales associate) and wanted the rose gold. Walked in, told him what I wanted and it was great!

They were all helpful and the store very bright and beautiful!

Shopping a Disney sprints pandora is always the most efficient place to shop. they have down to a science in efficiency. My sales person employee 170837 was so professional and courteous.

We were taken care of immediately upon entering. My daughter wanted a ring and the sales girl was very helpful. She’s 17 and they made her feel special.

Nancy was very nice! I was sad that they ran out of the 2018 disney charm though. Maybe next time

Although the store was very pact, the staff was kind and swift on their feet to help me find what I was looking for. Again, even though the store is small and was pact with many costumers, checking out was easy: especially since there was no line. Overall the staff was great and the costumer service was helpful. I only wish the store was bigger since it’s located in a highly populated area.
