Staff were friendly and approached me as soon as I entered. Staff were quick to show what I asked for. I was impressed with the Disney exclusive charms.

The sales associate was amazing. Very thorough helpful and fun. She made the experience so easy. Her name was Fabiola at the Disney Springs Store. We were traveling, otherwise she would be my Go to!!

We visited the one at Disney and were surprised by the prompt assistance we received; the store offered a lot of Disney and other selections. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and took her time with us. (even though the store was crowded.
