Pandora is a wonderful product and I am happy to continue adding to my Disney Collection. Gian Paul was very friendly and professional and helped me find exactly what I wanted when picking out a rose gold ring. Made it a very easy transaction. Thank you! :)

The associate I spoke to was very familiar with all the products. She was able to tell me which charms and such were and were not available in the store. She was also very friendly and patient with me choosing my charms.

Zane, our sales associate, did amazing! He was so helpful. He asked what we were looking for and immediately took us to the right case. He was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down and pick out a perfect charm for my mom's birthday. We were in and out with the perfect gift in about 20 minutes. He was upbeat and very friendly! We will definitely be back.

Despite reading some negative reviews of this store, I found the experience to be great. Short wait was no different to other Pandora stores e.g. HSV Alabama, and the trainee and trainer were great.

They had all the charms I was looking for. The had the exclusive Disney Charms only found on property. Sales associates were very friendly.
