The salesperson was very helpful in helping me choose the charms I would like. He was able to answer the questions I had about certain charms and was able to tell me if where I could get them. He was a very pleasant person.

I went into Pandora because my leather bracelet broke. The sales associate that helped me followed all procedures and the manager helped expedite the process. In addition, the associate polished my charms and put my bracelet back together.
