I had a good idea of what I was looking for (a souvenir from my Disney trip) and I was able to find the Disney charms immediately. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter and shown the charms I was interested in right away. I also appreciated that I was made aware of special items that would be of interest to me, specifically charms that are only available on Disney property, but there was no hard sales push to add anything else on.

Such a wonderful selection of charms and other jewelry. They were very helpful with helping me style my first bracelet- I am super addicted now lol Thank you for a great first visit :)

The friendliness of the sales associates Alexsandra and Reem also they are very help full show me and find exactly what I was looking for went beyond to help me make the best decision! I hope next time that I’m visiting the store to have the same attention and kindness from the associates.

Excellent service, both Veronica and Allison went above and beyond expectations when I had a query with my 2 year old pandora bracelet and charm, my bracelet was replaced without any hesitation (not purchased from this store) - a huge huge thank you and amazing service :)

I was highly satisfied with the store, the items I purchased and the sales associates, however, dissatisfied with the credit company. I was asked if I wanted to save 10% by opening up an account. I agreed and did the paperwork, however the phone call to the bank took forever and I was told that since I could not retrieve a code that was being sent to my phone number that was on file, I would have to wait until my card was sent in the mail to me to receive the 10% off. I then said that I wish to cancel the credit card and I was told I could not because the application was sent through. I was told they could deny me credit if I wanted. I wasn't sure what that would do to my A+ credit, so I declined that option. I am very displeased with Synchrony Bank. The store associates did give me the 10% off anyway, and they said that they were sorry this happened.

Our sales associate was amazing! She took the time to rearrange my daughter's existing bracelet and help her decide on which new beads to add to complete her desired look. She was genuinely kind and helpful and not a typical pushy salesperson.
