The sales associate was very friendly. She was super patient with me since it was my first time buying a pandora bracelet and let me know all the options that were available. This was a gift for my mom so when I asked for input she was very honest and provide me charms that complimented each other. She was so nice, but I’m horrible with names so I forgot it.

Lovely store, very friendly and helpful staff and a good range of products! I would love to visit again in the next 90 days but unfortunately I was on holiday there and now I'm home!

My husband purchased a bangle from the first round release and I had problems with the end beads staying attached. I stopped in the store to get a replacement bead and Grace and her staff were SO GRACEFUL and kind to me. I was so surprised when she replaced the whole bracelet at no charge! I was planning to buy an end bead. Such great customer service and I appreciate it. Pandora customer for life ❤️

I actually went in the store with a friend, she was looking for a gift. I saw a ring I like and actually the sales associate found the ring I ended up buying. I absolutely love it!
