I have never had any issues with any of my Pandora charms for the last 7 years of collecting them. And for the first time ever I had a charm break and they were so amazing. They told me to come in and gave me a brand new one right away. It was so nice.

I went for one rose gold bracelet but ended up getting an entire matching set for an Amazing low price.

A beautiful store with a great range of merchandise. I was seen quickly and the sales associate was very friendly and spent as much time with me as I needed. She was a beautiful, patient,fun and clever woman.

The Pandora Store at Disney Springs is the my favorite Pandora Store. The sales associates and managers are always very helpful. I recommend them to everyone I meet and share my experiances and purchases on social media.

Asked to review the catalog of charms because I forgot my list and was told she could not share the book with me. Did not offer alternatives very sad

I was highly satisfied because as soon as I walked in the employees showed willingness to help. They were very knowledgeable in all the products and despite how many people were in the store they were quick to help not just me but everyone.

Even though this is a very busy store, I'm always helped withing 10 minutes of entering the store. Associates are always helpful and friendly. The managers are on top of things.
