I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was greeted at the door and allowed to browse the merchandise first. When I was ready to be helped, assistance was readily available. Sales associate and manager were able to answer my questions.

The two associates that assisted us were incredibly lovely, patient, and helpful. We explained what we were interested and were not only able to provide us with just that but also some other options that ended up being perfect as well. They made sure to explain to us very clearly about the warranty and how we could best care for our pieces. They really went above and beyond to make sure the entire bachelorette group walked out no less than ecstatic with our purchases

The associate was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, friendly and very accommodating. I was purchasing a present for my upcoming 13-year-old daughter, and being a new Pandora buyer, I didn't have very much knowledge of the products, she was very thorough and extremely helpful.
