hi, I wasnt at all sure what bracelts I wanted to purchase but the assistant j kelby was very helpful and even got a lot out for me to try on. The store manager even then found some new items that I may like that had just come in.

My associate, Karla, explained several features of the Pandora charm bracelet that other stores had not, such as, that you can purchase a device used for opening the bracelet, the block (I think it is called) that allows you to balance the charms on the bracelet and limited edition charms.

The staff was excellent,the layout of the store was very nice and clean and the rose gold heart ring I purchased was very very nice.

Everyone was awesome

The ladies at this location were very friendly and accommodating. They suggested that I try a different type of bracelet since I’d had problems twice with the peice I’d had before. They also helped me with picking out a new charm.
