Gave me great choices on what i thought i wanted. Showed me the ease of putting the bracelet on. Gave me great choices. Recommend the charms to keep the charms from falling off when removing my bracelet.

Ran into a problem during my last store visit in July. Applied for Pandora charge card, but cell phone had died, & I could not receive the confirmation code. Despite a call by Reem, the Pandora sales associate, the credit card company, Synchrony, would not accept an over the phone identification. Long story short, Gina, the Manager, allowed me to return the merchandise for me to pick up on my September trip. I walked into Pandora at Disney on 9/18. The associate said there was nothing on hold! Heartbroken, I asked to speak to Gina. She immediately returned with the items & explained to the other associate exactly what had happened in July. Gina completed the transaction for me herself. Much thanks to such a professional associate & Manager! I will definitely return to Disney Pandora on future visits!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Andrew the member of staff was very knowledgeable, apologised for not knowing some of the prices off the top of his head as he said it was his first day on the shop floor. Didn't feel like we were being forced to make a sale.
