When we walked in an associate checked me in to ensure I received assistance. Within seconds we were being helped by an associate. The sales associate was extremely pleasant and helpful. He helped me decide which bead to purchase (a Disney parks exclusive). He helped to fill out the credit card information and explained all of the benefits. Overall it was a very positive shopping experience.

Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and shown where the Disney charms were located. The sales associate answered all our questions about which charms were Disney park exclusives and was very helpful with showing us each charm we were interested in seeing. The checkout process was easy.
