Excellent customer service. Was made to feel very welcome into the store. Extremely clean and professional. Definitely the best Pandora store i have visited.

Sales associates were extremely attentive, telling me about the Pandora VIP card, explaing the details, finding me what I went in for (Disney and the rose collection, new padlock bracelets). After being approved for the VIP card, Amelys helped me build the rose Heraldic Brilliance bracelet with rose beads, clips and safety chain. GORGEOUS, and a true memory of Disney Sptongs a5 Walt Disney World! Esly helped me add beads and clips on a return visit. A huge thank you to these ladies for helping me decide on the perfect bracelet!!!

The store was very clean and everything was presented beautifully. It was very busy but there was plenty of help. Our sales associate Veronica R. was very nice and was able to answer all of our questions about the Disney exclusive collection. Gina a manager I believe came over to help and she explained about the Pandora card. She was so helpful with that. These two ladies went above and beyond with making sure we had a good experience!
