The assistance from staff was amazing they knew exactly wgat i needed and got it straight away even though the store was very busy.

I attended Mickey's 90th Birthday Party. There was entertainment and snacks, while we waited to be helped in the jewelry department. The sales girl was able to find the charms we were interested in quickly. I wasn't even aware of the bonus bag, for making a purchase of $100. It was a nice perk! Loved getting a sketch by Jeff Shelly, too. A fun time, that I was not planning on!

I was from out of state and Pamela was so friendly! This was my second purchase from Pandora. First for myself. I am interested mostly in Disney charms.

I was on vacation, just looking!! Pamela was very helpful and so excited about the Mickey Mouse Special, that I got four new Mickey mouse charms for my Pandora bracelet.

The sales associate that we had was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the background on every Disney charm. He was extremely helpful!

I Was highly satisfied as the staff were lovely i was served today by pamela she was fab no problem to grab anything i wanted to see. Pamela knowledge was fab of the charms i wanted to see Also the way she wrapped the good fantastic.
