When we get to come to Orlando Disney Springs, I always go to the Pandora store. Can always find just what I'm looking for. Really love this store.

The sales associate knew exactly which charm I was looking for during my visit. She had to do some searching but was able to find my newly retired charm. She also cleaned my bracelet and made it shine!

The personnel in your store were very helpful in their experience and knowledge of Pandora products. they took care of me in a frank and friendly way. they not only cleaned my bracelet and charms, but also gave me advice in ow to place my charm on my bracelet in order to enhance the life of my bracelet. I went to the store in The Springs, not intending to buy anything, but just because i got stuck in the rain! Anyway, I was aware that my daughter who is moving, had suggested that she and I both get bracelets with the same charm, so we had something to remind us of each other. Shannon B. was the best, warm, not pushy but extremely sweet and I was thrilled to have her as my salesperson. The manager, who visited us, was also just so nice and it made me even more want to purchase some things. I bought two bracelets and two charms and I am sure we will add charms. Sales Assistant was very patient and helpful with us as 3 of us were wanting to look at a variety of the Disney charms. Alexsandra also mention the cleaning kit which was most helpful as I had noticed some blackness on my bracelet and was unsure of the best way to clean it safely. We are back in January and look forward to another visit and to see what new Disney charms are available.
