The customer service was very friendly and knowledgable. I had to catch a flight and they had me taken care of within minutes. They let me know of the promotions going on,and I ended up getting a free bag with my purchase. Overall, very satisfied. The prices are getting a little ridiculous though, everything seems to be going up dramatically.
